Making the Leap

After many years of thinking about something, I’m doing it. Sometimes something is just right and you know it.

That’s where I’m at. I have a solid job with a great, large company. I work remote. I have a great boss who values me and gives me room to do my own thing. I work with great people. Some people give me a funny look and ask me why I’d leave my job.

But, I found myself wanting something different. For me. And just wanting to really own my success.

So I’m excited to announce that I’m officially going out on my own to do my own thing. It’ll be offering up consulting and freelance services for marketing, content, editing, writing and marketing program/project management. Check out the initial website here (a work in progress, of course… after all, I am a marketer).

The name of the company is Elementary.

Why Elementary? The truth is that I borrowed it from my super smart husband. It represents that the company’s (my) goal is to simplify things — specifically marketing and content for my clients.

Thanks to all my supporters and to everyone who is making this possible. And if you need some marketing or content help, please reach out.

Looking forward to this next adventure!
